How can I get involved with Solid Products' community programs?

Just reach out through our contact form, give us a call, or stop by one of our locations. We'll walk you through the next steps.

Do you have order minimums?

Yes, but it depends on the product. We’ll help you find options that fit your quantity and budget.

What’s your turnaround time?

Most orders are ready in 10 to 15 business days, but timelines can vary depending on the job. We’ll always give you a clear estimate up front.

Can you help with design or product ideas?

Absolutely. While we don't offer branding services, our team can guide you through recreating your logo, making adjustments, or starting from scratch.

Do you offer local pickup or shipping?

Yes. You can pick up your order at our Ottsville or Macungie locations, or we’ll ship it wherever you need.

What type of artwork files do you need?

Vector files always are preferred. These typically end in .EPS .SVG or .AI.

Can you accept JPEG or PNG files for screen printing?

Vector files are preferred. Using non-vector files (aka raster files) may result in loss of detail and quality.

Can you recreate my logo file?

Yes. If you send us your low resolution logo and/or design, we can recreate it in vector. The cost is $55/hour for artwork services. We would send you the vector file for your records.
