Promo that Went the Distance

Every year, endurance community Mission Multisport kicks off their membership renewals with something that keeps their athletes feeling appreciated and motivated—a fresh swag bag. But heading into the most recent renewal cycle, they didn’t yet have anything lined up for their members.
Co-founder Spencer Davis reached out to Solid Products to help pull together quality promo items on a tight timeline and within budget. What started as a list of ideas turned into a fully executed membership package that made both the organizers and athletes proud.
The Need
Mission Multisport is more than a team. It’s a tight-knit community of endurance athletes, weekend warriors, and adventure seekers chasing progress and supporting one another along the way. Their annual member packages are a way to celebrate that community and give people something useful to show their pride.
But with renewal deadlines quickly approaching, they still hadn’t secured any gear. They needed a mix of practical, branded items that felt right for their members and could be produced quickly.
The Solid Solution
We worked closely with Spencer to narrow down the right combination of products. There were lots of ideas on the table, but the final lineup included:
- Branded rally towels
 - Rubberized sunglasses
 - Vinyl stickers
 - A4 performance t-shirts with custom printing

Everything was chosen with both budget and utility in mind. The shirts were breathable and athletic-friendly, the towels and sunglasses felt fun but functional, and the stickers gave members a way to rep the brand on water bottles, laptops, or gear bags.
We managed the whole process, from product selection to production, and made sure everything was locked in and delivered before the membership renewals went live.
A Fast Turnaround, A Happy Community
From concept to delivery, the entire project came together in just about three weeks. That gave Mission Multisport just the right amount of time to prep their membership kits and roll them out to their growing group of athletes.
The response from members was all positive. The gear hit the mark, the shirts looked sharp, and everything arrived right when it was needed. For Spencer and the rest of the team, it was one less thing to worry about during a busy season—and a great way to kick off the new year of training, racing, and community-building.
